Discipline is the cornerstone of a successful academic journey and personal growth. At Little Buds Schools, we instill in our students a sense of responsibility, respect, and decorum through a clear and structured code of conduct. All students are expected to adhere to the following rules to maintain a positive and productive learning environment:
Students must exhibit high standards of behaviour and courteous speech at all times. The use of inappropriate or offensive language is strictly prohibited.
As English is the medium of instruction, students are encouraged to communicate in English within the school premises, except during language classes or related activities.
Students must demonstrate dedication to their academic duties. This includes attentiveness in class, timely submission of homework, and active participation in assignments and assessments.
Carrying the student diary is mandatory on all school days, including examination days. It serves as a communication tool between school and home.
Cleanliness and neatness are expected from every student. Boys must maintain a short haircut, and girls must keep their hair tied neatly. Nails should be trimmed regularly.
The school uniform must be worn properly at all times, even when visiting the campus for non-academic reasons. Untidy or incorrect attire may result in disciplinary action.
Wearing jewellery (such as gold chains, bangles, wristbands, rings, anklets), smartwatches, and expensive accessories is strictly forbidden. Girls may wear simple stud earrings. Mobile phones and electronic gadgets are not allowed and will be returned only to parents if confiscated.
Students must respect school property. Writing on walls, desks, or causing damage to furniture or learning materials will result in the offender bearing the cost of repair or replacement.
The school reserves the right to suspend or dismiss students for conduct that disrupts school order, such as habitual absenteeism, disrespect toward staff, neglect of studies, use of obscene language or behaviour, or repeated damage to property.
Students are expected to return on the first day after vacations. Absentees without prior notice may have their names removed from the roll to accommodate waitlisted applicants.
Parents are not permitted to enter classrooms during school hours. Any queries should be routed through the school reception or prior appointments.
Students must not bring books, magazines, newspapers, or items unrelated to the curriculum unless specifically instructed.
Students are not permitted to leave the classroom during teaching hours without valid reasons. Leaving the school campus requires prior permission from the Principal, Secretary, or Co-ordinator.
